Client

Quick-Service Restaurants

Goal

Changing technologies require both onboarding/training, and more importantly, change management to change deeply engrained routines and maximize user adoption and use of new technologies and features. Our client desired a centralized place to access change management and learning resources for restaurant organizations, with the ability to serve up role-based content and tools.

Approach

Develop a digital resource that users can reference, on the go, in a fast-paced work environment.

How do we eliminate barriers to adoption of new technology and change deeply engrained routines?

Design

Validated developed solution with end users to iterate and enhance the end solution.

Development

Scalability and availability was important for the app due to high number of users and was taken into consideration when architecting and coding the application. The entire codebase was written in-house and evolved over time to meet the design requirements that were identified in the the design process.
