Gino Fiore

Experience Designer, Co-Founder

Gino is passionate about people. He operates with an immense sense of compassion, not only for his end-users, but for his clients and core team. He leverages his background in industrial design and brand strategy to bring a unique and cross-disciplinary perspective to UX and enjoys the challenge of translating complex data and business constraints into meaningful experiences.

In his free time, he can be found indulging in his love of cars by pretending he’s in the market for a vehicle and going for test drives at different Chicagoland dealerships, practicing his amateur interior designer skills on unassuming loved one’s homes, and watching every variation of the Real Housewives.

Whitney McKedy

Experience Designer, Co-Founder

Whitney employs her background in psychology and sociology to illuminate the complexity behind both the everyday and the more extraordinary aspects of human experience. Her passion lies in transforming “ok” products and services into relatable and intuitive experiences that foster long-term engagement.

Though she would like to think of herself as somewhat of a Renaissance woman in her free time, it’s mostly just a chaotic smattering of knitting, gardening, cooking, trying to learn Hindi, and pretending like she’s going to start running again any day now.

Martin Ho

Experience Designer, Co-Founder

Martin believes in and uses the power of storytelling to thread UX and design thinking within organizations and drive change. He utilizes his 10+ years of experience in UX research and design to unravel challenges and identify solutions that produce positive and lasting experiences, all the while achieving business results.

Human experiences continue to be a theme for Martin in his off hours. He enjoys capturing experiences through photography, shamelessly lugging his camera equipment with him whenever possible, and also loves to dabble in food and cocktails as a way of delivering satisfying (and intoxicating) experiences.
